Tutoring Approach: My success over the years have been probably due to the following facts: (i) my friendly approach which puts students at ease (ii) However I am extremely strict about homework & coming to class on time (iii) I understand that students will get stuck with some problems - my approach is to teach them the way to tackle them. In short, I teach students the way to study. (iv) Be it sums from Irodov or H.C. Verma in Physics - or any Mathematics sum from IIT exams - my students should develop the confidence to tackle them independently. (v) Board exam marks are also very important - & the student has to plan his studies in a way so that he fares equally in other subjects too.
