That is why many students, regardless of their ability, seek to get extra help from a private tutor. My aim as a tutor is to provide a solid grounding in the subject while paying close attention to the needs of the individual. My approach varies depending on the student’s needs and learning style. However my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, using real-world examples wherever possible. I set regular homework and writing assignments – the quantity varying with how much time the student has – and give feedback the following session. I prefer two student in a batch to encourage peer teaching and creating a fun environment. This helps the students to enjoy the learning. I prefer teaching from my home in the address given in the weekday afternoons
