Tutoring Approach: In these long years, I have experienced in my teaching line the lacuna in learning as well as enjoying this English language. I have seen people have a very wrong notion that only a well established college professor is appropriate for teaching English Hons. But frankly speaking, a teacher can guide you only up to a certain level. A private tuitor like me do not ask the marks you got at certain level. It proves nothing. Yet marks are important today. In a student, I search for the gaps, the weaker sides, his/her level of comprehension, psychology, and then I recommend certain ways to reach higher and more higher level. I always motivate and encourage my students. I prefer text and texual analysis and discussion than providing ready made answers. My motto is the more you learn, the more you gain knowledge. None is perfect, but human achievement is limitless.
