Tutoring Approach: According to me teaching to small children is the most difficult job anyone can get for teaching them its always necessary to be their friend first which always helps me in keeping control over them. I will take weekly test for checking there improvement but that too will be according to there mood.It may happen that I have to play some interesting games or I have to create some interesting stories to deal with there unorganized moods.According to me its really important to give them love rather than being harsh with them.
