Tutoring Experience: I have tutored students from all boards for 47 years now. I am good in communicating with the students and I make them do the things they need to do. Students love me for the way I treat them. I don't lose patience with the students who are a little weak in studies. Around ten of my students have passed out in different Board Examinations. This year 5 of my students are appearing in Madhyamik(WBBSE), ICSE class 10 and West Bengal Higher Secondary (WBCHSE).
Tutoring Approach: 1. I take Exams weekly. 2. I give a lot of home works which make the students get rehearsed in the lessons. 3. I always complete the syllabus. 4. I try to clear the concept by making the students visualising the lessons, not by making them memorise the study notes.
